It takes me about five minutes

Hello everyone. I have a question.

Regarding the following two sentences:

(A) It takes me about five minutes to go from here to the station.

(B) It takes me about five minutes from here to the station.

I'm pretty sure that there's no problem with (A), but I'm not sure about (B). Is it also correct?

Top answer

(A) It takes me about five minutes to go from here to the station. Sounds much more natural than B.
