It takes "Jill" time vs It takes time "for Jill"

Hi, I'm confused these 2 sentences whether they have the same meaning. Thanks.

(1) It takes "Jill" an hour to get ready for school in the morning.

(2) It takes an hour "for Jill" to get ready for school in the morning.
