"It surprises you?" vs "It surprise you?"

When you ask someone if something (referred to as "it") surprises him/her, which one can you say? (other than "does it surprise you?"):

1) "It surprise you?" (where "does" in the front is skipped)
2) "It surprises you?" (where a normal sentence is used as an interrogative sentence)

Which one is right? Is either one okay?
