It slipped out of mouth (word to mean this)

Person A : Don’t shush me.

Person B : I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to shush you. It just came out.

Is there an adjective I can use that means “saying something you didn’t mean to say, basically slipped out of your mouth”?

It came out ______.

Thanks

Ps

Which is correct? How would you ask this?

Is there an adjective I can use that/to mean(s) “saying/say something you didn’t mean to say, basically slipped out of your mouth”?

I think we usually just say "It slipped out" or "It just slipped out."
