It seems that vs. seems to be

I would like to know if the sentences below are grammatically correct. (I suppose some of them may not sound natural even if grammatically correct.... They are meant to be example sentences to illustrate the difference of tense expressed by each.):
  1. He seems sick today.
  2. He seems to be sick today.
  3. It seems that he is sick today.
  4. He now seems to have been sick yesterday.
  5. It now seems that he was sick yesterday.
  6. He seemed yesterday to be sick yesterday.
  7. It seemed yesterday that he was sick yesterday.
  8. He seemed yesterday to have been sick the day before yesterday.
  9. It seemed yesterday that he had been sick the day before yesterday.
