Which do you say?

1 The fact that she died relieves me. She was such a burden my shoulders.
2 It relieves me that she has died....

There are many ways to say this. These are my preferences. (Yours are not grammatically wrong, though.)

I'm relieved that she died.
It's a relief that she died.

Note it's on my shoulders.
