Wisdom27,

The first sentence should be reworked:
I visit my friend's house on Sunday
Or:
I visit my friend's house on Sundays

The second sentence is fine as is:
I visit my friend's every Sunday.

P.S. I made a typo and left out "house" in the second sentence.

I visit my friend's house every Sunday.

Sorry.
