Does "it isn't" mean the same as "it's not the point that ..."?

I forgot to ask about one thing:

It isn't that the world of appearances is wrong; it isn't there aren't objects out there, at one level of reality.

If I wrote the second sentence this way: It isn't that at one level of reality there aren't objects out there would it still mean the same as the original sentence?
