It is spent a power supply

Dear all,

what kind of construction is there in this sentence or is there a mistake:

Backlight color.

(Bigarade) It is spent a power supply, but remote box

is invalidity.

(Green) FRONT axis indication.

(Red) REAR axis indication.

(Lights off) During axis movement, SW is invalidity
