It is said/believed - active and passive voice

Hello!

I've got a few sentences that I'm not sure if they are correct. Especially the 2'nd case, I think there should be backshift applied - [Everybody believed that Marry had been a doctor.]
Could somebody please check them and correct them if necessary?

Thank you in advance!

1. Active. Everybody believes that Mary is a doctor.
Passiv. It is believed that Mary is a doctor. / Marry is believed to be a doctor.

2. Active. Everybody believed that Marry was(?) a doctor.
Passiv. It was believed that marry was/had been(?) a doctor. / Marry was believed to be a doctor.

3. Active. Everybody believes that Marry was a doctor.
Passiv. It is believed that Marry was a doctor. / Marry is believed to have been a doctor.

4. Active. Everybody believed that Marry had been a doctor.
Passiv. It was believed that Marry had been a doctor. / Marry was believed to have been a doctor.
