A: It is said that there has been a ghost for a long time in the dilapidated house.B: That's ridiculous. There is nothing.Please check them. How can we say something that is not true or believable?Is "It is said that " correct phrase, and "ridiculous" correct word here?

"It is said that" is not wrong, but it's something you might see in a newspaper or in a book. In ordinary conversation we are more likely to say "They say (that)", where "they" means people in general.

They say there's been a ghost ....

Adverbs of place generally occur before adverbs of time.

She is here_place now_time.
They'll be staying [in a motel]_place [for a few weeks]_time.
A ghost has been living [in that house]_place [since 1995]_time.

"ridiculous" is fine as you have used it.

Another way to say it is "That's nonsense".

You can't use "There is nothing" by itself. Say "There is nothing to it" or "There is nothing to that rumor".
