It is raining or It is rainy. Help me please!

Do I like today’s weather? I don’t really like today’s weather, because it is raining (rainy).

I don’t really like today’s weather. If it means I don’t like today’s weather very much?

Or if it means I really don’t like today’s weather?

According to context which is better? Why?



Ps.

Because raining and rainy sounds like the similar pronunciation, I am not sure which original speaker’s word is.
