No. 'Proliferate' means basically 'increase in numbers'. There is only one EnglishForward.

'Proliferate' means basically 'increase in numbers'. There is only one EnglishForward. It can't proliferate.


Note that, in my opinion. semi-colons are not used as much by native speakers as many learners of English think.
