If we look around us there are many people who need the benefits from the Gohonzon. They do not know why they repeatedly face relationship problems, financial problems or health problems. There are many people who have strong natures of greed, anger and stupidity that lead to unhappy lives. So we, Kaimyo-in members, must realise our mission to encourage many people to chant Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo.

Regarding the last sentence should it be as follows?

So we, Kaimyo-in members, must realise it is our mission to encourage many people to chant Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo.
