It is no final argument

Hi,

What does "it is no final argument" mean? Why didn't the author say "it is not final argument"?

It is no final argument against what Wright says, but only a caution...

Thank you.

You can say "I haven't got any money" or "I've got no money." The second is perhaps more definitive.
