SCIENTIFIC SHOULD BE CARRY OUT AND CONTROLED BY THE GOVEMENTS.

Instead of being conducted by private companies, important research must be managed by the government, according to opinions of many. Personally, i do believe that all of reseachs can be affect on human should be properly and sufficently monitored by the governments.

To begin, although giving freedom in research for private organizations can stimulate creation and give the better consequence. However, the drawbacks are still far outweigh the benefits. There two outstanding reasons that prove for the dangers of doing research by only private companies. Firstty, without controls of authorities, privates manufacturers could freely make weapon having unbelievable destruction ability. For example, the nuclear weapons could sweep ot of all over survival thing on the Earth a long time ago, if the governments did not have the right policies, commitments, and negotiations. Furthermore, while conducting medicine for the new illness, medical producers could only focus on profit , then forget the main goal. Medicine for the new virus could be kept until the epidemic spread out more people, then they can sell them more, for instance.

On the other hand, conducting large scale researchs request a vast of spending. This can cause problem with private companies, so the government can supports and call for more expenditures. Military researchs are an example, materials for creating weapons are very expensive, obviously , this market is still billion dollars during 100 years and never slumped down. Next, national authorities can easily find coopertion between nations in the areas or even the world.

In conclusion, giving the freedom in doing research for private companies can be a good idea. However, it will be better with the suitable controls of governments.
