It is much more convenient to watch a movie on television or computer than buy a ticket and go to the cinema. In the nearest future the popularity of cinemas will drastically decline. Do you agree or disagree?

It is a fact that it is much more convenient to stay at home and enjoy the films than go to the theater and the popularity of cinemas will decline in the future. To a certain extent, I agree that it is much more convenient to watch at home. However, I also think that cinemas will not be popular, which does not true.

The first reason for this is because at home, people can easily enjoy the comfortable atmosphere. For instance, they are able to make their food or beverage to eat while watching television, which is banned when they go to the cinemas. Moreover, it is more economical to watch TV than go to the cinema that people don’t have to buy tickets and popcorn.

In addition to the reason above, I also believe that cinemas will continue to be popular in the future. The biggest reason is it is more enjoyable to go to the cinema that has a lively atmosphere plus can watch the newest movies. For example, without the theater, it is impossible to watch the movies which have just been released at that time. It causes people to have to wait for a long time to watch their favourite movies on TV or the internet.

In conclusion, I tend to think it is more convenient to watch movies at home, however, in the near future, the popularity of cinema will not change at all.
