It is important for all towns and cities to have large public outdoor places like squares &parks. Agree or Disagree?

Many cities and towns have large space for public outdoor nowadays. It is noticeable that the parks and square should be required for all metropolitan areas and towns. In my opinion, although some benefits could be perceived, this action might associate with more positive effect.

On the one hand, having huge community areas could bring some ease and convenience for the society as a whole. Firstly, with the number of lakes and trees are constructed, quality of environment around could be gradually improved. In Moc Chau, the mountainous areas of Viet Nam, for example, the number of parks and squares increase 10%, which lead to reduce air pollution 20%. As a result, the contamination degree of air, water could under the control. Secondly, thanks to this action, the health of society could be motivated. The reason is that a place for people to find respite from the stressors of everyday life be likely to establish. In Singapore, for instance, the mental well-being of citizens is better than Africa, where do not much outdoor areas by 12%

On the other hand, investing on space for public outdoor could bring a plenty of problems. Firstly, with the large amount of expenditure required to construct and maintain large outdoor space, the national budget, as a result force to cutbacks and underfunding. In contrast, without this infrastructure, the funding of state is possible to abundant. Ha Long one of the provinces in Viet Nam, for example where did not have large parks, lakes have more funding than others province 18%. More importantly, the expenditure for this purpose is quite unnecessary to some extent. While fund should be raised to improve living standards in some regions, investment in outdoor areas appear to be a waste of money.

In conclusion, with a vast of negative implication could be perceived. It is highly recommended that this action should soon be modified.
