it is God’s will that all obey me.

Please shouldn't it be something like "... that I obey" rather than "that all obey me"? Doesn't it say the opposite?

No. You must have the wrong end of the stick about something.

It is ***'s will that :
you obey me.
he obey me.
she obey me.
they obey me.
they all obey me.
all of them obey me.
everyone obey me.
all obey me.

Don't forget that "me" is "death". Death is speaking.
