People have different views about whether youngsters get a genetic endowment as a singer, a football player, and so on or acquire efforts for pursuing their dream. From my point of view, I believe that if only they realize their interests and make effort to practice, they can achieve their goal whether having innate talent or not.

In terms of the gift youngsters, teenagers born with the natural talent, which are advantages for them to foster better than others. First of all, some people’s mindset is that a gifted person need not try hard to exhibit their skill. For example, most celebrities namely Mozart who is an iconic musician made it effectless to compose songs since he was a child. Secondly, despite natural ability, many youngsters take advantage of ability and put their all into practice to be the best version of themselves. To illustrate, Rose was trained strictly to become a famous global singer.

However, I would side with those who believe that any individual can be shined because of their tremendous effort and practice not all inherit and genes. No success comes without hard effort, as many successful people throughout the sectors have proven. For instance, famous musician A.R. Rahman has no family background and as well any born talent, in fact, his initial career goal was to become a doctor. Nonetheless, teenagers need to realize their interests, have passion, and be patient as well to struggle with difficulties to get success.

In conclusion, while some people feel that young people may succeed with their natural skills, others believe that studious training and effort is needed to be successful in every stream of sports and music. I fully agree with the latter half of the statement that any youngster may be successful in training and education.
