It is excepted that ~

Hi

"Everyone excepts that the soap will end next month.

It is excepted that the soap wil end next month.

The soap opera is ecpected to end next month."

I believe the sentences above changeable one another.

But can I also say like below instead of the last one?

"The soap opera will be excepted to end next month."

Thanks in advance.

expect, not except. The last sentence is grammatical, but doesn't mean the same as the above.
