Dear Aspara Gus, would it make any difference to the meaning of the sentences if we added a 'not' to them, please?

For eg,

- It is doubtful whether they will come to the party or not.
- It is doubtful if they will come to the party or not.
- It is doubtful that they will come to the party or not.

This one is wrong.

Adding or not to the others doesn’t change the meaning.
