It is common that or It is common how?

- it’s common how there’s always one or two people in the class you can’t get along with, so don’t worry about it.

Q1) Could you check whether or not the sentence above is grammatically right?

Q2) Can I change "how" into "that" there?

No, except in casual conversation.

Yes. But this is more usual:

It’s common for there to be always one or two people in the class you can’t get along with, so don’t worr

"that" seems preferable to "how", but I don't like either version much, and the combination of "common" and "always" doesn't work well either. You can say:

"There are always one or two people in the class ..." ("There's..." is also acceptable in conversational English.)
"It's common for there to be one or two people in the class ..."
