Grammar

It is a well-made product which is equipped with lots of functions.

It is a well-made product which is equipped with lots of functions.

In this case, which one does 'which is equipped with lots of functions' modify, 'product' or 'a well-made product'?

Or either one is fine and there is no meaning difference between them?

I hope that my question is clear enough to understand.

Thank you so much as usual.

Strictly speaking, the antecedent is just the head of the noun phrase, namely, the one word "product". Everything else clusters around that head. "a" is a determiner, and the other two elements we have already discussed are modifiers.
