We Korean learn that adjective vomplement cannot be emphasized in so called 'it ~ that' construction.
1. It is smart that he is. (X)
Then how about noun complement and dubject in 2 and 3?
2. It is a student thst I am. (?)
2. It is he that is smart. (?)
