It is a student that I am

Hi again teachers!

We Korean learn that adjective vomplement cannot be emphasized in so called 'it ~ that' construction.

1. It is smart that he is. (X)

Then how about noun complement and dubject in 2 and 3?

2. It is a student thst I am. (?)

2. It is he that is smart. (?)

As always thank you teachers do much.
