It is a dream come true.

It is a dream come true.

Is the sentence grammtically correct?

Is it like 'a dream which is come true' or 'a dream which has come true'?

Or is the sentence just acceptable as an idiom?

What do you native English speakers think? Thank you so much as usual in advance.
