Hello....
I accidentally googled "It felt like that S V"...
And found that "it felt like S V" is much used but "it felt like that S V" is not much used...
So, "that" is being omitted here....
Is this some grammatical rule?
Or, is this just a coincidence?
pructus "it felt like that S V" is not much used... I would hope so, since it's incorrect (with "that" as a conjunction, I mean; it could be possible with "that" as a determiner). pructus Is this some grammatical rule?

I suppose the rule is that you don't put two conjunctions next to one another.
