It feels wild??

Hi
I'm Cuneyt from Istanbul,Turkey.
I wonder in which situations we use these type of sentences. For example you has gone a holiday and you see a landscape and you say "It feels wild" but here as far as I understand
the landscape make you feel wild.
I will be glad If you give explanations with more examples.................
