It don't, It doesn't

I m seeing, this usage "It don't matter", I think grammatically it should be "It doesn't matter", am i right?
And one more, could you explain me " The way I are" too? why "I are" here? (its from Timbaland's album name Emotion: smile )
I don't quick understand the meaning though.
