"It does show up eventually." Does this make sense?

1-I saw the bird, and it does show up eventually.

2-I saw the bird, so it does show up eventually.

3-I saw the bird, so it did show up eventually.

4-I've seen the bird, so it does show up eventually.

Which is correct and Why?

show up = make an appearance eventually = over the course of time Just from the meanings of the words, these are correct: I saw the bird, so it did show up eventually. I've seen the bird, so it does show up eventually. Even this is acceptable to my ear: I saw the bird, so it does show up eventually.

Just from the meanings of the words, these are correct:

I saw the bird, so it did show up eventually.

I've seen the bird, so it does show up eventually.

Even this is acceptable to my ear:

I saw the bird, so it does show up eventually.
