If you need to convert documents into other formats using OCR it couldn't be any more accurate than when OmniPage is installed.
What does it refer?
I think, it refers "coverting documents into ...."
The sentence means that Installing OmniPage makes it accurate most, right?
It couldn't be any more inappropriate than building turbines here.

If you need to convert documents into other formats using OCR [ the conversion process] couldn't be any more accurate than when OmniPage is [used for the conversion] installed . This sentence should probably be completely reworked, as it stands it is very awkward. It couldn't be any more inappropriate than building turbines here.
