It cannot carry even a single bus.

I went along the street. The street was very narrow. It cannot carry even a singe bus. It is meant for a small vehicle only.

Please correct my sentences.

If you are writing about 20 years in the past, use these tenses.

I went along the street. The street was very narrow. It could not carry even a single bus. It was meant for small vehicles only.

If you are writing about yesterday, you could put it all in past tense, as above, or you use these tenses.

In BrE, we wouldn't tend to use carry in this context, as it implies that the street cannot support the weight of a bus rather than is not wide enough for a bus. I would tend to say, "It is not even big enough for a bus to get through" or "It is too narrow even for a bus".
