Hello! Could you help with the next sentence: The patient receives an optimal therapy combination, but if target blood pressure is/was/were not achieved after the surgery and resolution of nephrotic syndrome, it will/would be reasonable to increase perindopril dose from 5 mg/day to 10 mg/day.
