Please be informed that, we are always having issue with PR section when our drivers' gone to collect passport, we are sending passport release request around 20 days prior to Annual leave but they are releasing passports last movement after drivers visiting the PR office many times. And they asks for email print copy from drivers to issue the passport where they are already copied in the email and due to this reason they makes delay.
Our drivers are not allowed to go Massar office for these jobs but we are cooperating with Massar and arranging our drivers to go Massar office and finally drivers' time is being wasted and operation is affected.
