Sub: Request for Issuance of authority letter.
Sir,
Kindly it is stated that I completed my Intermediate during the session 2011-2012; so now I require my intermediate certificate, whose issuance has been made conditional by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education upon an authority letter from you. Could you grant me an authorization letter so that I will be able to obtain the certificate.

But it may be different where you are, so use "years" if it is two, not one year.
