isn't working & doesn't work

0 1. My car isn't working, so I'm having to use the bus.02br
002. My car doesn't work, so I'm having to use the bus.02br

00I'm not very sure but I think than #1 means that something is wrong with the car, but it'll be soon repaired. #2 means that the car is completely broken and it won't be repaired.02br

00If I'm not right, could you explain to me the difference? 0-
