Isn't why we fight...?

At 58 seconds, Tony Stark says:
Isn't why we fight so we can end the fight and go home?

Where is the subject in this sentence??

I'm familiar with a declarative sentence without the subject in speeches, but is it possible to leave out the subject in a question like this?
