Isn't vs doesn't

Im trying to define when and why to use isnt or doesnt.
Examples

My phone isn't /doesn't have any credit on it
Does/ is it your pen ?

Im looking for the rules as to when each should be used.

Isn't = is not
doesn't = does not.

1. Use "do/does" in a question when you have a main verb (not "be") in the corresponding statement.

Statement: My phone has no credit on it.
Questions:
Does your phone have credit on it?
Doesn't your phone have credit on it?

Statement: Sara walks to school every day.
Question
