"Isn't that" or "Isn't this"?
Hi. English is not my mother-tongue and I have a lot of problems with grammar, which when I was 7, I used to say "grandma". I have a question regarding "this" and "that". And "the" too

I want to share a person's photo on my facebook timeline and tag a friend of mine because it seems like she is in the photo. Do I write:
A. "Isn't THAT you in THE picture?"
B. "Isn't THIS you in THE picture?"
C. "Isn't THAT you in THIS picture?"
D. "Isn't THIS you in THIS picture?"
I would really appreciate your help. Thank you.

All seem fine to me. I would tend to use 'that', I think.
