Which to say?

Aren't/Isn't there 2 ways of playing the song?
Aren't there songs that you know how to play fully?

Can you say

Play song fully as in know how to play the whole song?

Aren't /Isn't there two ways of playing the song? -- In running text it is more polished to write small numbers in full. Aren't there songs that you know how to play fully?

Aren't there songs that you know how to play fully? -- OK, but "play in full" may be better.

Play song fully as in know how to play the whole song? -- Doesn't make much sense.
