Isn't or aren't?

do you say 'there isn't any winners today' or 'they aren't any winners today'?

I can't agree that "There is" would be used here.

We do say "There's" (contracted) for things that might seem to be plural, but I would be very surprised to hear a native speaker say "There is no winners here today" or "There isn't any winners today."

There aren't any winners.
There are not winners.

Yes, you're right. Just yesterday I heard a Canadian (playing hockey here in Zagreb) use 'there's' in combination with a plural noun.
