Can you have a look at the following sentences and correct them or say whether they are ok or not?

Money is uncountable how about dollars can they be both countable and uncountable?
There are one million dollars on the table or There is one million dollars on the table.
One million dollars is spent on education every month

Can we say such sentences..?
An orange juice please ( Here,I mean a glass of juice)
A coffee, please (here I mean a cup of coffee)
A tea,please ( A cup of tea)
