Is "you seem to had" correct?

Hello there,

I've been confused about the following dialogue.

A shows a picture to B.
A: This picture is me and my boyfriend in front of Disneyland.

B: You seemed to had fun.

Is "You seem to have fun." incorrect in this case?
Can you place a word in the past tense after "to"?

I'd appreciate your help.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Now, I've got a related question.

The simple present is for repeated actions.

Why don't you want to go to dance class? You seem to have fun every time you go.

Thank you very much for the example.
I think it's still difficult for me to use, but I understand the logic.

Emotion: big smile[F]
