Hello,

Is this correct?

The price of the hotel room is $100, $200, and $300 for one-bed, two-bed, and three-bed units, respectively.

Or should it be

The prices of hotel rooms are $100, $200, and $300 for one-bed, two-bed, and three-bed units, respectively.
