Is "Would had/have done" a proper grammar?

Hello! I could use some help with the sentence I`d made:

"This is a story about a person who`d had to make a serious decision that would had affected his future life"
"
Does this sentence sound right to you? Could you please explain if there is any problem? I doubt about that part in italics.
