Is "workplace" natural here?

TIM: You're a loser, Pete. This company is better off without you. You're a disgrace.

PETE: I'm a disgrace? This place is a slave factory. I mean, what kind of workplace treats its employees like this.

TIM: Why don't you just quit then?

1) Is "workplace" natural here instead repeating "company"?

2) Is the dialog phrased naturally? Would you put a question mark at the end of Pete's last sentence?
