Is with regards what you would say?

I am confused about how to use X in a sentence with regards to Y?

You can use any of the following:
  • "in regard to X"
  • "with regard to X"
  • "with respect to X"
  • "regarding X"
  • or sometimes, "as regards X."
Note also, that most of these are "regard" not "regards" with an "s." This is a common mistake, but there is a big difference in meaning.
