Is 'Will be leaving' incorrect?

Hello, I'm now learning English grammar by using 'English Grammar in Use' published by Cambridge.

I came across the usage of 'Will be doing' and 'Will have done.'

In the exercise page, I need to tick the sentences which are true (at least one.) The situation was below.

--------------------------

Colin goes to work every day.

He leaves home at 8 o'clock and arrives at work at about 8.45 (a.m.)

He goes home at exactly 4.30 (p.m.)

Every day he follows the same routine and tomorrow will be no exception.

--------------------------

At 8.15

a) he'll be leaving the house.

b) he'll have left the house.

c) he'll have arrived at work.

d) he'll be arriving at work.

At 4.45

a) he'll leave work.

b) he'll be leaving work.

c) he'll have left work.

d) he'll have arrived home.

The first one, only b) is correct. The second one, only c) is correct.

But I can't understand why 'a) he'll be leaving the house.' and 'b) he'll be leaving work.' are incorrect. Because I thought 'will be doing' is ok since these will be in the middle of doing in that time.

Could you please explain the reason of incorrect? Thank you in advance.

Thank you very much for your reply.

I think I understand now why these are incorrect.

Yumi_KI thought 'will be doing' is ok since these will be in the middle of doing in that time.
You can't be "in the middle of doing something" that is an instantaneous action. Arriving and leaving happen in an instant; there is no "action through time" as there is with reading or writing, for example.

Oh I see, these are instantaneous action. It makes me clearer than before.

Hi,
Could anyone please tell me what's the name of the grammar that talks about "I'm to blame" I'm to be seen" etc
