Is Wikipedia wrong?

I read this on wikipedia.

Is this grammatically incorrect? What would you change?
Rh negative blood types are much less common in proportion of Asian populations (0.3%) than they are in White (15%).

Thanks

It's wrong. " The word "proportionally" is optional. Even if omitted, we gather from the general context and from the statement of percentages that proportions rather than absolute numbers are being considered.

Most of that Wikipedia text is fine. Some small comments: (i) There are some errors in spacing that seem to be just a copy-paste glitch. (ii) I would prefer "for reasons other than those of relationship, family, or love". (iii) I question whether "political marriage" can logically be a purpose of marriage. (iv) "a peer group, observers or individual exerts" isn't quite right in terms

I had seen a sentence with with regard with, Could you tell me what you think?
If you are wondering, this was said during a basketball game:
Every statistical feature says they are better with him on the floor even though he's a liability with regard to his shooting. She shoots the ball poorly.

I was reading an article on Wiki, that is interest

I find it tolerable, but I would prefer to say "he's a liablility as far as his shooting is concerned" (or you could simply say "his shooting is a liability"). I feel that "statistic" would do
