Can anyone tell me if the word "wholly" is colloqial or informal?
Also, does anyone know a good online English dictionary/thesaurus which mentions the use of words, i.e. whether a word is colloquial, archaic, slang, etc.? There are a lot of dictionaries out there explaining the meaning of words, but I haven't found one yet that also lists the usage.
